Q: What material?

A: Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The material for Aoqi Inflatable games has passed the BS7837 testing procedure in England on 28th of March, 2006, which is the latest British standard for flame retardant.

Q: What about size and color?

A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to our Catalogue.

Q: Can you design one specially?

A: Yes, send us details and a sketch of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

Q: What included in products?

A: It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same color material, glue).

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?

A: Our inflatable games can be used more than 1 year. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because there is a long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable games.

Q: Your blowers have CE//UL certificates?

A: yes. We will supply you the CE or UL certificated air blowers, range from 110V, 120V, 220V, 240V etc according to your local requirements.

Q: What is your order procedure?

A: First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the order confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transfered the money, please send us the bank bill for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for you. Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the delivery for you.

Q: Producing time?

A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 7-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Q: How’s the shipping?

A: we have our regular forwarder; we could deliver the goods to your nearest seaport or airport. The sea shipment takes about 30 days, and air shipment take about 5 days. After you inform us your total order, choose the method of delivery, we could calculate the exact freight charges for you.

Q: Can I use my own forwarder?

A: yes, please appoint your forwarder and ask them to contact us for your delivery.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Please transmit(T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

Q: Where can they be displayed?

A: Display them on rooftops, cartops, parks, beaches and intercity terminals, in front of the show rooms and supermarkets. In one word, they can be displayed everywhere, just as you like.

Q: How can we install the inflatables?

A: It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, Open the package of inflatables and blower. Plug in the blower and inflate it.

Q: How much is the maintenance cost?

A: This cost can be negligible as the blower consumes only a few units of electricity each day.

Q: How do I clean the inflatable games and boats?

A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.
